Role Summary:

As the Head of Human Resources Operations at ServiceCore, you will be instrumental in establishing our processes, systems, and organizational culture that reflect our mission and core values. This position offers a unique chance to influence the company’s culture, talent management strategies, and overall employee experience. Reporting directly to the COO, you will work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership team, and employees to cultivate a vibrant work environment that encourages professional development, inspiration, and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a holistic human resources strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and principles.
  • Oversee daily HR functions, including benefits management, payroll processing, compliance with labor regulations, and the development of HR policies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that embodies the company’s values. Initiate programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent. Formulate strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning. Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and create training initiatives.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process.
  • Champion initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Establish programs to enhance diversity and mitigate bias in hiring, promotions, and employee development.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with fairness and consistency. Provide support to managers in navigating employee relations challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Experience in a high-growth organizational setting.
  • Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness in managing confidential information.
  • A strong commitment to fostering a workplace culture that inspires happiness and engagement.
  • Proven ability to align human resources strategies with business objectives. Experience in developing and executing HR plans that facilitate organizational growth and transformation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to identify challenges, assess options, and implement effective solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $155,000 to $185,000, based on experience.
