Job Summary

The Executive Chef is a key member of the Caesars Entertainment team, responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our esteemed establishments. As a seasoned professional, you will be expected to lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the kitchen budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor kitchen personnel in safe operating procedures, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in kitchen management and team leadership.
  • Certifications: Valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card, as well as any applicable health certifications.
