- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among kitchen staff.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in kitchen management and team leadership.
- Certifications: Valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card, as well as any applicable health certifications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
- Environmental Factors: Exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise in a casino environment.
