We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Lead to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our Asset Care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and oversight to the maintenance team, working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of daily plans and maintenance activities.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Own the maintenance planning and scheduling process, ensuring that all maintenance activities are properly planned and executed to minimize downtime and optimize asset life cycle.
  • Breakdown Elimination and Root Cause Analysis: Drive improvements in equipment reliability and availability by identifying and addressing root causes of breakdowns, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Team Development and Coaching: Serve as a coach and resource for the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between the operational and maintenance teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on maintenance activities and plans.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on maintenance and asset care.

  • Technical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions.
