Position Summary:

As the Head of Human Resources Operations at ServiceCore, you will be instrumental in developing our organizational processes, systems, and culture, ensuring they align with our mission and core values. This is a unique opportunity to influence the workplace culture, talent management practices, and overall employee experience from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and proactive leader, reporting directly to the COO and collaborating closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership team, and employees to cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes professional development, inspiration, and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a holistic people operations strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and values.
  • Oversee daily HR functions, including benefits management, payroll processing, compliance with labor regulations, and HR policies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that embodies the company's values. Initiate programs to boost employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. Develop retention strategies, professional development opportunities, and succession planning initiatives. Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and create training programs.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Establish initiatives to enhance diversity and mitigate bias in hiring, promotions, and professional development.
  • Address employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with fairness and consistency. Provide support to managers in resolving employee relations challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness in managing sensitive information.
  • A strong commitment to fostering a workplace culture that inspires, engages, and brings joy to employees.
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. Experience in developing and executing HR plans that facilitate organizational growth and transformation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of identifying challenges, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $155,000 to $185,000, based on experience.
