Job Summary

Rise Technical is seeking a highly skilled Lead Hardware Design Engineer to join our team and lead the development of innovative wearable technology products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hardware development process, from design to production.

About the Role

  • Develop and test multidisciplinary embedded systems, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Design and integrate complex hardware systems, including schematics, layouts, and PCBs.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Specify and source components for system designs, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Adapt vendor reference designs into custom solutions, driving innovation and differentiation.

About You

  • PhD or MSEE in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong background in hardware product design for wearable or IoT products.
  • Expertise in advanced analog and power circuit design, with a deep understanding of processor architecture, digital circuit design, and communication protocols.
  • Proven experience in mixed-signal board-level design and RF technology integration, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, and drive project success through collaboration and effective communication.
