The successful candidate will join the Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) within the Electrical Systems and Controls team. Responsibilities will include supporting the sourcing activities for large engine control panels and harness suppliers. The ideal applicant will work closely with global engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams, while also engaging directly with suppliers and production facilities.

  • Manage project activities related to supplier resourcing
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers
  • Assist suppliers with issues regarding component availability
  • Identify harnesses that are suitable for resourcing
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities and align them with business needs
  • Monitor and understand demand signals

Required Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Engineering Technology field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in design, development, or project management.

Technical Skills:

Essential:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Experience with Teamcenter, ProE, Pro-Cable, and CREO (ProE Schematics) software.
  • Knowledge of electrical standards and certifications such as SAE, ANSI, ISO, IEC, NFPA, NEMA, UL, RoHS, and CSA Class 1 Div 2.
