Role Summary:

We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned professional to fulfill the role of Senior Technical Agile Project Manager. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of Agile frameworks, project oversight, and business analysis to lead and manage intricate, high-stakes projects. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in overseeing project scope, timelines, and budgets, alongside the ability to gather and document business requirements, provide technical guidance, and steer projects from initiation to completion. This role requires exceptional interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, organization, control, and staffing of technical, administrative, financial, contractual, and personnel activities necessary for project execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including strategies for Agile implementation, program increments (PIs), release timelines, milestones, and dependency oversight.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with established project objectives.
  • Facilitate the execution of Agile projects, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guarantee timely completion of all deliverables within the defined scope and budget, in accordance with the project plan.
  • Provide innovative solutions to project-related challenges, including schedule, cost, and technology/tool assessments.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA or other MS 365 compatible task management applications for managing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports detailing project progress, risks, issues, mitigation strategies, and other pertinent information.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings, weekly status meetings, and other stakeholder engagement activities to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including master project plans, schedules, roadmaps, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Ensure all project documents are stored in the designated SharePoint environment and updated regularly.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather and elicit business requirements.
  • Document and analyze requirements to ensure they align with business needs and objectives.
  • Create detailed requirement specifications and use cases, ensuring clarity and understanding among the development team.
  • Evaluate the operational and functional baseline of the organization to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Guide the development team in designing and implementing automation solutions that address client business needs, utilizing low-code platforms for content management and retrieval solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to maintain project alignment, applying Agile practices and principles for efficient project delivery.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in Agile project management and 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on requirements gathering and documentation.

· PMP Certification (Required)

· Scrum Certification (Required)

· PRINCE2 Certification (Optional, but highly regarded)

· Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering automation solutions using low-code platforms.

· Demonstrated experience in managing project scope, timelines, and budgets; risk management; and resource management across multiple teams.

· Proven ability to analyze complex project-related challenges and provide innovative solutions that maximize value.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile projects.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Salary at LCG, Inc. is determined by various factors, including role, location, education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
