Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing clerical tasks, working closely with HR, and maintaining files. You will also be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clerical Tasks: Oversee and manage various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • HR Support: Work closely with the HR department to complete tasks, such as benefits administration and employee onboarding.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, including managing phone calls, messages, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Administrative Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
