Job Overview

Position Title: Administrative/Personal Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time (30+ hours/week)

Work Arrangement: In-Person

Salary: $20/hour

Supervisor: CEO

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, managing both personal and professional tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Support Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the CEO's personal and family-related requirements, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Coordinate personal appointments and schedules for the CEO.
  • Assist with transportation needs for the CEO's children, including school and extracurricular activities.
  • Handle personal errands such as grocery shopping and dry cleaning.
  • Occasionally care for the CEO's pet and manage related appointments.
  • Maintain the CEO's calendar and assist with teaching responsibilities.
  • Plan and organize personal events for the CEO.
  • Manage social media accounts for the CEO.
  • Oversee bill payments and vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure home organization and maintenance tasks are addressed.
  • Perform other general errands as required.

Event Coordination Duties:

  • Lead the planning and execution of community events, collaborating with the operations team for internal engagement activities.
  • Support vendor communication and logistics for events.
  • Assist with event photography and manage social media updates.

Administrative Support Duties:

  • Provide backup assistance to the operations coordinator as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate office procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to our non-profit initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an administrative or personal assistant

  • Experience with collaboration tools and project management software

Working Conditions:
