Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Administrative Assistant for a prominent client in the energy sector. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various departments and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. This opportunity allows you to leverage your experience in office administration while gaining exposure to a global enterprise known for its excellence and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Review daily production data for accuracy and completeness, including curtailment, downtime, and variance comments.
  • Track team training needs for compliance dates and arrange setup as necessary.
  • Attend Safety Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, provide support, and assist with scheduling.
  • Compile and load data into the Intelex system as required.
  • Gather and compile data for LSR and Campaigns.
  • Process invoices in SAP and OpenInvoice, verify costs, and track expenses.
  • Assist with cost tracking, LOE forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Perform a wide range of secretarial and office duties involving sensitive and confidential information with minimal supervision.
  • Support area groups, including HR, Regulatory, Environmental, Artificial Lift, Compression, Support Services, and HSE, as needed.
  • Coordinate business meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including providing computer, mobile phone, and supply needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the FDG and Production Accounting teams.


Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, or permanent resident.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Office Support or Administrative role.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications.
  • 1+ years of experience using SAP, Workday, Planning software, or Accounting Software.
  • Experience with production data entry and reporting.
  • Strong commitment to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to prepare accurate and legible reports.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Flexible and positive approach when faced with challenges.
