Executive Culinary Leader

As a key member of our culinary team, the Executive Culinary Leader will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will have 2 years of supervisory experience and a degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
- Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and execute special events and banquets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor and control kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
