Job Overview

Levy is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing food-service associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop food-service associates to meet high standards of quality and service.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement purchasing strategies to minimize waste and avoid product shortages.
  • Operate and maintain food-service equipment in accordance with department procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food-service management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
