Senior Change Manager - Enterprise Platform Transformation

Overview:

The successful candidate will act as a pivotal change leader, possessing a proven history of guiding substantial organizational shifts in intricate business environments. This position is essential for fostering the successful integration of new systems and processes while enhancing employee involvement and minimizing disruptions.


Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate the enterprise-wide transformation of business operations and technology systems.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments, evaluate readiness for change, and pinpoint critical stakeholders.
  • Utilize Marvin's established change management methodologies to outline objectives, stakeholder impacts, and tailored change management plans that align with project scopes and timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders to grasp their requirements and secure their support for change initiatives.
  • Encourage effective communication and collaboration among technical teams, business units, and upper management.
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and other engagement techniques to address complex change challenges and stakeholder needs.

Training and Support:

  • Oversee the training strategy and manage team members responsible for creating and delivering educational programs.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to employees and management to enhance their change management capabilities.

Communication:

  • Direct the communication strategy and supervise team members tasked with developing and executing change communication plans.
  • Craft and present clear, engaging, and persuasive communications regarding changes to diverse audiences.

Risk Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Devise and implement strategies to minimize potential risks.

Performance Measurement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of change management and communication efforts. Monitor progress, collect feedback, and analyze data to provide recommendations for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement by identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management, particularly in enterprise-level technology and system integrations.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
  • A strong curiosity and experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to derive insights.
  • Proven experience in leading and supporting change across complex, organization-wide projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate the adoption of new practices among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong track record of influencing others and building effective relationships.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical, in various group settings.
  • Proficient in independently setting and driving strategies with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
  • A collaborative team player who works well with others.
