Senior Change Manager - Enterprise Platform Transformation

Position Overview
Marvin, a family-owned enterprise with a rich history, is seeking a Change Manager to spearhead transformation initiatives within our operational processes and technological frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a proven history of managing substantial organizational changes in intricate business environments. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the effective adoption of new methodologies and system enhancements while minimizing disruption and fostering employee involvement.


Key Responsibilities

Change Management Strategy

  • Formulate and execute change management strategies to guarantee the successful implementation of a comprehensive transformation across business processes and technology systems.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments, evaluate readiness for change, and identify crucial stakeholders.
  • Utilize Marvin's established change management framework to outline objectives, stakeholder implications, and change management plans in alignment with project scopes and timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and secure their support for change initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among technical teams, business units, and senior leadership.
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and other methods to address complex change challenges and stakeholder needs.

Training and Support

  • Oversee the training strategy and manage team members responsible for creating and delivering training programs.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to staff and managers to enhance their capabilities in managing change.

Communication

  • Direct the communication strategy and supervise team members tasked with developing and executing change communication plans.
  • Craft and present clear, engaging, and persuasive change communications tailored to diverse audiences.

Risk Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

Performance Measurement

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of change management and communication strategies. Monitor progress, collect feedback, and analyze data to propose optimization recommendations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by pinpointing opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management with a focus on enterprise-level technology and systems integration.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • A natural curiosity and experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to derive insights.
  • Experience in leading and supporting change across complex, organization-wide initiatives.
  • Proven ability to facilitate the adoption of new behaviors among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated success in leading through influence and cultivating strong relationships.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and technical teams.
  • Capable of independently setting and driving strategies with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in delivering impactful presentations.
  • A collaborative team player who works well with others.
