We seek an individual who prioritizes safety and can manage a high volume of requests while effectively balancing multiple tasks. A successful Material Handler will thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the movement of products within the warehouse as required.
- Develop the ability to recognize all components stored in the warehouse.
- Execute electronic transactions to accurately reflect material movements and maintain inventory integrity.
- Participate in cross-training across various warehouse and receiving functions.
- Operate all relevant lifting equipment associated with the role.
- Adapt to job rotations as directed by the team lead.
- Commit to safe working practices and adhere to 5S standards.
Qualifications:
- Possess or be able to obtain a Powered Industrial Vehicle license.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using computers and scanners, particularly for inventory management systems.
- Have a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Exhibit strong housekeeping skills.
