  • Utilize Marvin's established change management framework to set objectives, evaluate stakeholder impacts, and develop change management plans that align with project timelines and goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders to grasp their requirements and secure their support for change initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to delve into complex change challenges and stakeholder needs.

Training and Support

  • Lead the training strategy and supervise team members responsible for crafting and delivering training programs.
  • Offer guidance and coaching to staff and managers to enhance their capabilities in managing change.

Communication

  • Drive the communication strategy and oversee team members tasked with developing and executing change communication plans.
  • Prepare and present clear, engaging, and persuasive communications regarding change initiatives to diverse audiences.

Risk Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks linked to change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in change management, particularly in enterprise-level technology or system integrations.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
  • A strong curiosity and experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to derive insights.
  • Experience in leading and supporting change initiatives across complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to facilitate the adoption of new behaviors among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated success in leading through influence and cultivating strong relationships.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and technical teams.
  • Capable of independently driving strategies with minimal supervision and taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for crafting impactful presentations.
