Nurse Manager RN Home Infusion

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager RN Home Infusion to join our team at BILH Pharmacy. As a Nurse Manager RN Home Infusion, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home infusion services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Current licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of infusion-related experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- BSN or in-process required, with MSN or APRN preferred.
- Current BLS certification and ACLS certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CRNI certification.
- Experience leading, training, group facilitation, and public speaking.

- Oral Communications: Ability to comprehend and communicate complex verbal information in English to staff, patients, families, and external customers.
