Nurse Manager RN Home Infusion Leadership Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Home Infusion team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home infusion services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial stewardship.
- Represent the organization at local, regional, and national levels, promoting our brand and values.
Requirements:
- Current licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in home infusion nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in home infusion nursing practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CRNI certification.
- MSN or APRN degree.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Experience leading, training, group facilitation, and public speaking.
