We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Home Infusion team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Home Infusion services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- BSN or MSN degree in Nursing.
- CRNI certification.
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
