At BILH Pharmacy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager RN Home Infusion to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home infusion services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Current licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of infusion-related experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- BSN or higher degree required, with current BLS certification.
- CRNI certification and ACLS certification preferred.
