Administrative Assistant

Mortenson is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to handle various administrative tasks and provide exceptional support to our executive team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, maintaining a high level of confidentiality, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and customers with a professional demeanor
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Manage filing systems, prepare documents, and perform record-keeping duties
- Proofread communications and documents meticulously
- Prepare billing/invoices as needed
- Collaborate with various support groups, including Safety, Human Resources, IT, and Legal
- Procure miscellaneous goods using Mortenson's internal procurement system
- Minimum three years of administrative experience required
- Demonstrate attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Show flexibility, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Possess excellent communication and active listening skills
- Exhibit a positive professional attitude and strong customer service skills
