About the Role
Southeast Community College is seeking an Administrative Assistant I - Admissions to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Admissions Office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Admissions Office, including data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Assist with recruiting events, campus visits, and tours
- Prepare reports, mailings, and other materials as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a data entry or clerical role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
