Job Summary:

As a Regional Facilities Manager at CBRE, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team responsible for building management and facilities maintenance within a dedicated region. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all aspects of building operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor their training and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and establish work schedules and assign tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, including setting and tracking staff and department deadlines.
  • Report on property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, and facility audits.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure contract specifications are fulfilled.
  • Prepare presentations to obtain approval for projects and create strategic facility management objectives for clients.
  • Inspect facilities for quality assurance and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to calculate difficult figures.
