Job Description

Cirkul Inc is seeking a highly skilled Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing and consumer activation strategies across a designated region.

This role is responsible for managing a remote team of Field Market Representatives and Field Market Manager, ensuring the successful implementation of regional marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement through demonstration, education, and activation.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing regional field teams, optimizing in-market activations, and adapting to strategies to meet regional market demands.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a leader who can drive team culture while navigating ambiguity and change in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Regional Event Strategy - Build and lead regional event and activation strategy to align with the overall company's objectives and goals
  • Lead The Team - Inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing field team by setting clear expectations, fostering collaboration, and providing on-going support to ensure the collective efforts translate into achieving regional marketing goals
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency - Oversee all aspects of operational processes including budget adherence, inventory controls, and enforcing policies and procedures intended to maintain brand and team safety standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a regional team in diverse geographical locations by providing guidance, support and development opportunities to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives
  • Strong foundational ability to lead operations and strategies for field, event, and retail marketing, preferably in the beverage or consumer products industries
  • Collaborative team player who leads by example, fostering a positive environment and actively engaging with team members to drive success
