Job Description:
Allied Universal is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. This full-time position is based at our Corporate West HQ in Irvine, CA. The Coordinator will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, engaging in company-wide projects and initiatives.

This role serves as an excellent entry-level opportunity in human resources within a large corporate setting, offering numerous avenues for professional growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Corporate Human Resources in managing employee processes and data from onboarding through the entire employee lifecycle (including hiring, onboarding, file management, etc.)

Support the management of employee programs such as Education Assistance, Tuition Reimbursement, and Years of Service Awards.

Represent Corporate HR on various HR initiatives and perform project-related tasks.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance candidate and new hire experiences throughout the recruitment and hiring processes.

Address employee relations issues to analyze trends that can be acted upon by the field.

Evaluate current candidate, new hire, and employee satisfaction, providing recommendations for improvement.

Gain exposure to additional areas within our department, including Benefits, Compliance, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess one or more of the following:
An Associate's degree in Human Resources with at least one (1) year of general Human Resources experience.

A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of general Human Resources experience.

Familiarity with commonly used human resources concepts, labor laws, and practices is required.

Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail.

Able to maintain high productivity levels with minimal supervision.

Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and internet navigation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

BENEFITS:

Pay:
$ per hour

Eligibility for enrollment in our company's 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirements.

Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.

Vacation time accrued at a rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is paid out only where required by law.
