Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

Tri Pointe Homes Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the general HR administration processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Oversee the background check process for new hires, communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Launch and manage new hire onboarding tasks, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Track and manage referred employees, ensuring timely submission of referral information to payroll.
  • Assist with maintenance of existing ATS system and integrations with other HRIS applications.
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
  • Provide administration support to the entire HR department, as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR and talent acquisition/recruiting best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Competitive base salary range: $51,900 - $69,900 per year.
