About the Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's presence in new territories. Your primary objective will be to develop strong relationships with clients in both residential and light commercial sectors, offering customized HVAC solutions and negotiating deals that maintain profitable margins.
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Territory Business Developer who can drive business growth and stay ahead of market trends. You will meet with contractors, engineers, and business owners, identifying opportunities to expand our company's footprint and build lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
