Position Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator at RoofConnect Logistics, you will be instrumental in orchestrating trade shows, supporting our sales initiatives, and overseeing marketing collateral while ensuring brand consistency. This role offers a unique chance to engage in diverse marketing projects and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. You will manage event logistics, develop marketing strategies, produce analytical reports, and more, all while embodying our brand's values with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Trade Show Management:
    • Oversee all facets of trade show participation, including registration, booth design, and promotional materials.
    • Coordinate shipping logistics and marketing outreach to ensure flawless execution.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure promotional materials align with brand guidelines.
    • Work with the sales team to create a comprehensive trade show calendar for the year.
    • Partner with the marketing team to amplify trade show initiatives through digital platforms.
  2. Sales Assistance:
    • Support the sales team in generating leads before, during, and after trade shows.
    • Follow up on leads and inquiries to cultivate relationships and enhance sales opportunities.
    • Maintain precise records of sales leads and performance metrics.
  3. Marketing Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to produce trade show-specific marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing campaigns.
    • Work with sales teams to create engaging content for blogs, emails, and videos.
  4. Event Planning:
    • Occasionally organize and coordinate regional sales events, customer workshops, and other promotional activities.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee communications.
  5. Relationship Development:
    • Act as a brand representative during trade shows and events, fostering positive interactions and professionally representing our company.
    • Collaborate effectively with teams across all departments to build trust and cooperation.
  6. Document Management:
    • Assist marketing, sales, and other departments in organizing and securing marketing documents.
    • Uphold record-keeping standards.
  7. Preparation of Correspondence and Reports:
    • Draft and prepare letters, forms, memos, contracts, documents, and reports.
    • Assist staff with grammar and document formatting.
    • Prepare and compile documents and manuals, and design forms.
  8. Support Other Marketing Roles as Needed.
  9. Perform Other Essential Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional-level sales, marketing, or equivalent role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events or trade shows.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce).
