Resolute is a comprehensive asset management platform that collaborates with both affiliated and independent investment managers. Our clientele includes corporate defined benefit plans, institutions, and individual investors. With a legacy dating back to 1986, we have established a strong reputation for innovative investment strategies and prudent management practices.
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be based in the Bay Area or Seattle.
Compensation:
Base salary of $100,000 per year plus variable commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives and identify client needs within the assigned territory.
- Engage with existing and prospective clients through follow-up communications.
- Deliver investment performance updates and provide comprehensive client servicing.
- Conduct presentations for current and potential shareholders/clients.
- Identify and engage with intermediaries, including independent broker-dealers and regional firms.
- Lead initiatives with intermediaries in the designated region.
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen and product expertise.
- Prepare and present tailored presentations.
- Facilitate client meetings to discuss investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, investment management, business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two to five years of experience in investment management or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial concepts, investment management, and client service strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and technical abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently with precision.
- Capacity to self-manage workload and adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively, typically up to 50% of the time.
- Possession of NASD License Series 7 and 63 is required; CIMA designation is preferred.
