Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Providing attentive and courteous service to all guests, maximizing room revenue and occupancy
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling guest inquiries and requests
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
