About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Pepperl+Fuchs. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the industrial automation market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience selling in one of the following markets: Original Equipment Manufacturing, Automotive Manufacturing, Material Handling Machinery, Autonomous Vehicle Technology, IIoT Industry 4.0, Packaging Machinery, Mobile Equipment, Semiconductors/electronics industries.
