About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Ocean Spray. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and retention of top talent, as well as providing guidance on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement recruitment activities for assigned business units to ensure adequate staffing, partnering with senior talent acquisition specialists, agencies, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the establishment and implementation of HR processes, programs, and training initiatives.
  • Execute HR administrative tasks to ensure key employee information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Partner with other HR professionals on compensation, benefits, management development, training, performance management, and other key issues for supported employee groups.
  • Handle employee relations issues within defined business units, providing excellent customer service through availability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
