POSITION OVERVIEW:

Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Special Projects to orchestrate engaging events and experiences for various pop-up initiatives and sponsorship engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Managing vendor selection and relationships
  • Developing and overseeing production schedules
  • Ensuring all sponsorship requirements are met during events
  • Creating CAD designs and fabrication prototypes for approvals
  • Supervising load-in and load-out processes for events
  • Participating in vendor and partner site visits as needed
  • Guaranteeing high-quality event execution and managing last-minute adjustments
  • Collaborating with the Special Projects Event Manager on vendor accounting and payment processes for sponsorship deliverables, as well as drafting detailed reports on sponsorship activities, including production, public relations, and social media metrics.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of experience in event management or agency settings
  • Highly self-driven and motivated
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to engage effectively across various levels within a complex environment
  • Possesses entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passionate about supporting the mission and values of Tao Group Hospitality
  • Capable of collaborating with senior stakeholders and coordinating team activities
  • Skilled in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with POS systems, and knowledge of Oracle preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite and CAD software preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years old
