The manager is looking for a candidate with at least a year of professional office or accounting experience and professional communication skills.
This position offers a fast hiring process, and the training is in-office, so the candidate must be located within commutable distance to downtown Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:- Handling physical documents and scanning them into the system
- Updating client account information
- Data entry of customer information
- Processing invoices for payment
- Additional tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance would be helpful
- At least a year of previous office or accounting experience
- Ability to help the team out where they need support
- Professional communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Temporary to hire position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Fully onsite in the office during training
- $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
