Key Responsibilities:- Generate accurate invoices for clients and customers based on contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
- Monitor and record incoming payments from clients and customers, ensuring timely processing.
- Reconcile billing accounts to ensure accurate financial operations.
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing-related inquiries and disputes.
- Input billing information into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process billing adjustments, credit memos, and account discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and legal requirements.
- Generate reports on billing activities, outstanding balances, and payment status.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or clerical roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with billing software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and verifying billing data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal departments.
Compensation: $25-$30/hour DOE
