Responsibilities
  • Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter invoices into our electronic payment system
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor accounts and payments
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in finance-related position or related formal education
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
