As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize our product offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement category strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and drive cost savings
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, or related area
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $220,000
- Annual or quarterly performance bonuses
- Stock options
