About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Sales Representative to join our team at The Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales and membership retention through exceptional customer service, relationship building, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Membership Sales Director and General Manager.
  • Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.
  • Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and first aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
  • A passion for helping people live healthier lives.
  • Ability to be a team player and work well with others.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
  • Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
