Position Overview:

Booz Allen is on the lookout for a Systems Integration Engineer to collaborate with a Department of Defense (DoD) Command client. This position entails leading and managing all hardware deployments for mission systems being integrated into a new facility.

You will be responsible for overseeing design strategies, transition management, and the installation of essential mission systems.
Utilizing your skills and commitment, you will create and implement a sustainable plan that aligns with the overall project timeline, ensuring mission success.



Qualifications:
Proven experience in initiating, planning, executing, and coordinating hardware installations across various agencies
Experience in crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy to facilitate seamless transitions into new facilities
In-depth knowledge of DoD regulations and Command protocols
Familiarity with engineering principles and technical aspects of network hardware and server systems
Understanding of mission systems
Strong negotiation skills for complex technical solutions with key stakeholders
Ability to plan, organize, direct, and manage intricate projects
Proven collaboration skills with other departments and agencies for smooth integration into the overall C4I and IT framework
TS/SCI clearance
High School diploma or GED

Additional Skills:
Experience in coordinating with external organizations for resource access, schedule management, and budget considerations
Familiarity with project management methodologies and execution
Understanding of risks at various levels, including design, system, program, mission, and strategy
Ability to ensure projects align with program goals, budgets, timelines, and performance standards
Experience in leading and mentoring engineers and technicians, including providing technical direction and strategic vision

Security Clearance:


Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, and experience.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually.

This range represents the typical salary for this role and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package.
