We are seeking a customer-obsessed and data-driven leader to oversee our tier-one dealer support and advertising programs for Amazon Advertising LLC.
This role involves driving innovation to improve dealer experiences, collaborating with various teams, and implementing strategies to enhance dealer support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying and solving complex problems. They should thrive in a dynamic environment and have the ability to drive process improvements while focusing on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the dealer support program in collaboration with different teams.
- Define policies, create escalation paths, and implement tools to support the program's vision.
- Develop program KPIs and provide regular reporting on performance.
Additionally, you will explore new advertising tools to help dealers grow their online business, using data and metrics to guide decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience in using data to drive improvements and communicating results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of process improvement experience.
- Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields.
- Familiarity with Seller Support tools and program management.
