We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Product Manager to drive the development of customer segments, identify opportunities, define strategies and growth roadmaps within a defined scope of work, to ultimately launch projects, initiatives and/or product features suited to drive more value to our customers and increase their engagement within Amazon Business.
This role is for our Amazon Canada Team, and the successful candidate will be responsible for owning the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of customer segment performance and identifying areas of opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a business owner within a scope of work, representing the voice of the Amazon Business small business and individual professional customers in Canada to drive forward solutions through extended partner teams (tech and non-tech)
- Establish key metrics (KPIs), identify gaps, and improve performance within the scope of influence
- Actively identify and resolve both strategic and tactical issues that may impair the ability to meet strategic, financial, and product roadmap goals
- Capture, document, and communicate business requirements. Translate requirements into features and user stories.
- Own project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct customer research and analyze existing customer and performance data
- Own regular business updates on marketing performance and segment level business reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Pricing, Retail, Payments teams to ensure consistent marketing communication and act as customer champion and influence CX improvement roadmap
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

CompensationThe base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
