Client Support Specialist

Overview:

Therapeutic Associates, Inc. is in search of a dedicated Client Support Specialist to enhance our central billing operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional and professional customer service to patients, clinics, staff, insurance providers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Ensure timely response to voicemails and email communications on a daily basis.
  • Maintain our Employer database, overseeing a dynamic array of information regarding payer regulations, reimbursement processes, and authorizations.
  • Review accounts and insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to guarantee accurate processing and payment posting.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Athena software is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is advantageous.
