Orthodontic Treatment Specialist - Accoravillage

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Orthodontic Treatment Specialist to enhance patient interactions and ensure exceptional service delivery.

About the Role:

The Orthodontic Treatment Specialist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey, and collaborating closely with orthodontic professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet new patients warmly and with enthusiasm.
  • Assess patient health and treatment objectives through detailed discussions.
  • Assist orthodontists during examinations, documenting important patient information accurately.
  • Educate patients on their treatment plans using various informative tools.
  • Communicate effectively with referring dentists through correspondence.
  • Follow up with patients who are prepared to initiate treatment.
  • Act as a communication bridge between orthodontists and other dental professionals.
  • Compile monthly performance reports to track key metrics.

What You Bring:

  • A friendly and confident demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a robust work ethic focused on practice growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring patient comfort.
  • Strong observational skills and the ability to listen effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is preferred.
  • Experience in professional sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dental treatment plans and insurance processes is advantageous.
  • Certification as a Dental Assistant is beneficial.
  • Leadership experience is a valuable asset.
