About the Role

Pyramid Healthcare Inc is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join their team working with adult males in our residential facility and sober livings.

Compensation: $18.50 per hour, plus a shift differential of up to $1.50 depending on the shift you work.

Schedule: Overnights, weekends, and second shift available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete intake process with new clients into program
  • Maintain client documentation
  • Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable
  • Coordinate client activities
  • Follow objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
  • Provide client transportation
  • Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide response including crisis intervention
  • Maintain safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
  • Assist with dietary needs of clients
  • Transport clients to and from specified locations within expected time frames
  • Supervise and support clients while transporting
  • Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided
  • Complete all required trainings
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience
  • Valid driver's license in state of hire with safe driving record
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
