We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. in Mars Hill, NC.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the recovery community and be able to work in Mars Hill, NC.

As a Certified Peer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing recovery support services to individuals with severe mental illness, substance use, and other social determinants of health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement recovery plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Provide shift coverage, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled based on program need.
  • Identify internal & external barriers to full participation in the treatment setting.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have Peer Support Specialist Certification in NC.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
