Behavioral Health Clinic Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinic Lead to join our team at BH Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our substance abuse treatment services team, overseeing the daily operations of our opiate treatment center, and ensuring exceptional performance in various aspects.
This role involves:
- Supervising team members, scheduling, training, service delivery oversight, patient progress evaluation, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence.
- Leading and mentoring team members to achieve annual goals.
- Implementing and enforcing agency's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- Coordinating training programs and audits.
- Serving as the Corporate Compliance Officer.
The Clinic Lead will be responsible for:
- Supervising patient admission, medication delivery, and patient processing.
- Maintaining high standards for the treatment center's infrastructure.
- Addressing urgent issues and patient complaints promptly.
- Monitoring and reporting on program performance regularly.
- Managing revenue collection and expenditures.
- Ensuring schedule adherence and minimizing overtime.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services.
- Demonstrate a desire to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Experience in operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and ethical standards knowledge.
