Child Behavior Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Specialist to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina.
The estimated salary for this position is around $52,000-$62,000 per year, based on experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Behavioral Specialist, you will be responsible for observing and assessing children's behavioral needs, developing and implementing personalized behavior support plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to achieve outcomes.
You will work closely with our experienced Child Development Program Director to ensure comprehensive services are provided.
- Assess and interpret children's cognitive, social/emotional, language, and physical skills.
- Develop and implement behavior support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to achieve outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Services from an accredited college or university.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred, along with a minimum of three years' experience working with children in early childhood education with behavioral, cognitive, social, emotional needs, and developmental delays.
