About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Specialist for children with Autism. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • To implement behavioral programs designed by BCBAs, utilizing evidence-based teaching procedures to help children acquire new skills
  • To collect data and provide feedback on client progress, collaborating with BCBAs to adjust programs as needed
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably those with Autism or other intellectual disabilities
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes and/or clinics within 30 minutes
  • Availability to work part-time, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 7pm
  • Motivation and commitment to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days of employment, via our innovative training program
