**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at The Willows at Red Oak Recovery.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young adult women struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.

As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients to support their recovery journey, providing individualized care and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Willows at Red Oak Recovery is a clinically dynamic, trauma-intensive treatment program designed specifically for young adult women. We provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can focus on their recovery and personal growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to clients in their recovery journey
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client care plans
  • Participate in weekly trainings and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge

  • H.S Diploma/GED
