**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Shrink Control:** Monitor and minimize inventory shrinkage through effective inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
* **Merchandising:** Create visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of store appearance to drive sales and customer engagement.
* **Inventory Control:** Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
* **Staffing:** Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest services and drive sales growth.
* **Setup, Pack-up, and Teardown:** Oversee the setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

**Requirements:**

* **Age:** 21 years or older
* **Schedule:** Flexible schedule required
* **Physical Demands:** 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
* **Experience:** Prior retail management experience required
